Power Wind Blocker
Is it possible to keep power wind block in up position with top down and ignition off?

Yeah you can keep it in the up position with ignition off. see pic

You have to play games with the switch .
When you turn the ignition off, as it starts to lower, hit the switch to raise it. If you get it right, once the power cuts off and open the door, the screen will stay up.
Takes a couple times to get it right.
