2023 SL55 AMag
Can someone take a picture under their hood and show me where the dipstick hole is pls. I can’t find it.

The title is supposed to say AMG, but I can’t edit it.

If you don't see something similar, they might had removed it but unlikely, hope you find this.

If you indeed don't see the dipstick, check if the tube is still there just with a cover, covered. If so, you could buy a dipstick from FCPEuro or something that matches.

Thanks, is that the way yours came from the factory? Is that red piece an actual dipstick or just a cap?

I do apologize and to clarify, I do not have a R232 SL. I am sharing what I learned for this engine not necessarily for this exact model. Sorry about that.

Okay thx, your picture gives me a place to start to look for the dipstick hole.

Another question. Do I have a R232 SL? I know it’s a 4.0L V8, with twin turbos. Sorry for the ignorance, there’s so many different model engines and cars.

I don’t know anything about MB, but my wife just had to have it.
