Voice activated rev limiter.

This is a most annoying feature that is almost impossible to turn off. I had it on my Vette, my SLK32, and now it’s on my SL55. It comes at you with sharp voice commands at about 4000 rpm, and starts to become abusive if I don’t let up on the pedal. I love her dearly, but I have to be a good boy when my wife is in the car. :p

I have the optional CBBSCD (Carbon Based Biological Speed Control Device). Otherwise known as a girlfriend that doesn't like to go fast.

The screeming of the alarm is enough to drive you carazy!!!

Why didn't I think of that? That would also turn off the lateral G force alarm "YOU DO THAT AGAIN AND I'M GOING TO PUKE IN YOUR CAR"

How can she tell how fast you are going when she's in the trunk ?
