SL55TOTO, where did you find the photo? It's pretty creepy. "DU REVE AU CAUCHEMAR" in French is "REVE(?) WITH THE NIGHTMARE".

Yeah, they really ought to be rescued, but I think it has somthing more to do with anti-wealth, or anti-power. Maybe the owner was stealing from poor people, or otherwise oppressing, and he got caught and thrown into prison. Those that suffered because of him have retaliated against the symbols of his wealth and power... ..Or his wife found out about his love affair, and she's holding his cars hostage until he confesses.
