It's the three hours they took to put the fire out which gets me.
I think the cologne thing is bunk, sounds more like the ignition of gas fumes under pressure. Not good for Mercedes if it was ever proved to be a problem with the car...

Ok, I'm not sure if you guys noticed the fact that "SEVERAL PARKED CARS IN NEARBY MOUNT KISCO WERE BURNED BY ARSONISTS" or not, but I think investigators should look into that a little closer. I don't know about you but several parked cars don't get burned by arsonists near the gated community that I live in very often. Oh yeah, Mercedes-Benz's don't explode from cologne bottles around here either
