My SL Broken Into ..Are all people that break into cars this stupid?
My SL was broken into the other day.. jackasses took a flathead screwdriver down the leather on the dash to break open the glove box and did the same upward with the center console... (breaking all the locking plastic mechanisms as well) in the end all they took were "3" wheel spacers i had in the car that aren't even for the SL..
are thieves that screwed up to f**k up a $125k car just to steal 3 wheel spacers? god.. i swear, some f**kups with no respect or smarts.. should never have been born..
if you're gonna break in and mess up my car, atleast steal something with a value that you can sell for crack money..

sorry to hear that dude! When I was a student, I still remember when some a**hole broke into my car to steal a discman (this was in the late 80's, discman's with car adapters were hot, over $360 at the time... 
The window damage was over $200 to fix. But the worst was that it happened during my fiinals week at UCLA, had to drive the car to school and park in the lot with one window completely gone... worried about it being robbed again... finished the final and ran out to drive my car home and get fixed... hate car thieves!

Very sorry to hear about your mishap with your SL. Hope that the repairs are simple and quick. I totally agree with you, some people are so simple minded to streal other peoples proptery.

Sux bro. I've never had my car broken into before but I've had tires slashed (mine and 8 other of my friend's cars), a keg into my passenger door leaving a huge dent, and a bunch of other stupid ****. People see ur car and are just upset that you can afford it and they cant. Hope everything works out.
