That's a very nice car; I looked at it myself, but decided to go for a new SL55, which I'm ordering this weekend. This 65 was in great condition, looked brand new inside and out. Where are you located?

BOB44, are you able to get the designo graphite? My dealer is not aware it is available and it is not listed in the "Build Your Own" section of MBUSA. I love the color but have been unable to order it for my 2007. TwinCam

I ordered my DG 55 on Saturday. It took some research by my sales guy to confirm that it was available, but it is. No one seems to know why it is not an option on the 'Build your own' website. Per my order, it is Package # 235 - Designo Graphite Edition. It appears to be the same as for 2006, with special designo leather and dark wood. It is my favorite color by far. I have a 2003 pewter SL55 now, can't wait for the new one to get here.

2006 SL55 with 030 Performance Package
How is the exhaust sound with the top down I am thinking about a SL65 I had a SL55 and loved the sound of the engine with the top down any thoughts. I am going to get a newer SL55 or SL65 just want to make sure I will not miss the SL55 if I get the SL65. Any thoughts would help.
