I'll try to pass by and check it out if I have time. Hope they still have it when I do.
The closest I've been to an SL55 was at the NY Auto Show at the Javits center (I think it was in April), where there was an SL55 on a revolving platform but no one could get really close.
Is it in the showroom or is it one of those that they park outside to show it off?

Damn,
I dropped my car off and Tuesday and didn't even notice. Well, supposed to pick it up on Friday, I'll look for it then.
Anyway, saw at least 4 of them in MBUSA's parking lot last week. Even saw one test mule that looked a little ragged.
Also saw a Maybach under a car cover. Makes my S look like a midget.
If anyone is in that area, it is worth the visit. I've seen all the new E's, a G55, and all the new SL's before they have reached any dealer.
