Watch the race when they go from the roll i dont understand why SL65 couldnt pass the m5? Does the top down significantly increases drag? And robs acceleration? Some one explain this to me pls!

Something seemed wrong and the driver said something was bogging down. I couldn't tell if it was a 55 or 65 but with that run a 55 would make sense. A 65 should have been way ahead in a high speed run like that.

Driving with the top down will significantly slow you down at high speeds. The M5 is a fast car but it is definately not as fast as a sl65 (top up of course). If you asked the M5 driver to open all his windows and moonroof it would probably have a similar effect on it.
