Picking up a 997 Carrera S

Hello all,

I'm getting a Carrera S and was wondering if anyone knows of a message board like this one for Porsches?

I went down to pick up the car and someone at the dealer hit it by backing into the rear quater-panel. They told me it was cosmetic and would fix it. I told them to keep the car and find me another.

how could you find out they are not giving you the same one?

Congrats. You are going to feel a world of difference coming from your SL55 to the C2S. Hope you are getting the 6 speed. Try for the short shifter also. Don't forget to post a few pics here. That will be a car that you can take to the track and have some fun with.

They can't give me the same one

I already have the Vin # of the old one and besides, I also decided to custom order one. It's going to be Cobalt blue with a natural brown leather interior. Manual with the Carrera power upgrade. Have to wait until July though but I'm enjoying the wait.
