Tradiing S550 for SL65
I bought my S550 about 6 months ago anticipating a trade for the CL63. Well, now that I've seen it and driven it, it's not enough of a step up in power and handling, and while I love the interior of my car, I'm now leaning toward the SL65. An '08 is out of my price range; I've seen several low mileage '06 and '07's on Auto Trader, DuPont, etc. Just looking for any advice or recommendations as to what to look for or avoid, options, etc. My local dealer is going to look for me but they're a pretty low volume dealer so if anyone knows of a private sale or recommended dealer, I'd appreciate any input. Thanks, I know what you mean. Distronic plus was an option I didn't really even care about and it's one of my favorite features on my current car. It's hard to find out about options from the MBUSA website as the '08 is listed but the configurator isn't available yet. I'll bet some guys on here know what '06 and '07 options were/are available

I would prefer 06' or newer just for the warranty coverage.

the car did not change much from 05-08. I know the front bumper changed and maybe a few int options but nothing major. How much do you want to pay and what do you want? My car has every option but pano roof(adds 100lbs to the car) You may want to check the history of the car as I have heard of some guys having issues with oil leaks?

But should go for a car with distronic, keyless go, parktronic and the panoramic roof.
