SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: SL63 Test Drive
Also, test drove the SL600 and it was pretty nice but has a very different feel than the 55 and 63.
The exhausts sound on the car sounds wonderful with a deep growl.
The 63 engine really moves the car with great low end torque.
Interior is well laid out but took a little time to find the mirror adjustment switch. That's what you get when you go from a CL63-CLS55-ZO6 but I made it.
Really love the car so we decided to order one.
Did not order the pano roof or the 030 option. Ordered every other option available for the car.
Dealer is going to paint the side gills to match the color of the car and put chrome wheels on the ride.
When the car comes in I will post pictures.
Anyone need a 2006 CLS55 with only 15K miles.

What color and how much?
Al, I went by the local coffee place to see if you were there with the CL. Maybe you were up to better activities, huh? Great, I can't wait to see it. Congratulations.

Nipomo is just south of San Luis Obispo, so we're not that far apart. I don't know yet what the spoiler is worth; I've emailed the local MB dealer to see what they list the part for - no answer yet. I would have to get it painted.
PM me if you want to continue the discussion - I really do plan on acquiring a rear spoiler one way or the other. I love the look of the SL63 with it, but not the aftermarket spoilers that are out now. To each his own!
