Brabus K8 in Brunei
My dad has just broken the news to me that one of his friends (a relative of the Sultan of Brunei) has just imported his Brabus K8, tuned to 555HP. It started off as a standard SL55 AMG, and was immediately sent to Brabus. Before fine tuning the engine management system, the car managed a very healthy 550HP. A good 5HP came from the fine tuning.
Unfortunately I don't have any pictures nor any torque figures, however, it can rocket to 60 MPH in an amazing 3.9 seconds. Brabus listed on their website their K8 can do it in 4.4 seconds, however, I'm assuming that's with 20 inchers. So I'd guess his K8 is on 18 inchers.

Sounds good!! There are no MB dealers in Brunei? I heard His Majesty The Sultan of Brunei has the only RHD CLK-GTR in the world! Custom from the factory, talk about being a good MB customer.

mookie: Yea there are speed limits in Brunei, BUT, they are very very rarely enforced by the police, so you can comfortably cruiser around at 200km/h without worrying about loosing your license.

that car seems more of a track and show car then a real car like the SL.. lol

the car looks like the old clk from the rear...and why doesn't it come with HID for such a high price tag...i would definately drive it...it is no doubt a show stopper...All women have to see is that beautiful star, then im sure they'll hop in
