Is orion blue jasper blue, because i was thinking bout getting a new 55 in orion but i havent seen any in orion blue at the shop or the street. post some pictures if you have any

I'm new on this board, therefore I would like to introduce myself.
My real name is Thomas, I come from Frankfurt/M in Germany and I'm 18 years old.

On monday I saw a completely red SL55 AMG and coincidentally I had a photo with me. That was not the first time I see that beautiful car, but normally I don't carry a photo with me.
The interior - completely red/black designo leather and on the head restraints you can read "teddy" *g*

eh, i dont like how the red Sl55 in pictures.It makes me think it is somewhat ugly. I think it doesnt look as good as i see it in reality. IMO.
good pics though.

 

Surely - there are different opinions. Some of my friends, who I also showed the pictures, have also different opinions. According to my opinion the car looks in reality still 100 oh 1000 time better.
I also don't thought that a SL in red pleases me so well.

One please at you, please improves me, if I make linguistic errors. I would like to improve my English

 

Well as a red SL55 owner... am telling you, every body loves it. I have been getting complements on the color since the first day I got the car. And still loving it. Check it out... it is the 3rd page of that link:

Agool Shabab anyone see the Maroon (3anaby) designo Sl55..Creme interior..its good lookin..Theres also a gold one around..But definatley the Maroon is one my Dad's to get list by 2004/05 model lets hope he keeps his promise :p

 

Certain digital cameras (i.e Cannon G1) have difficulty capturing red colours. This is particularily noticalbe when the red is a prdominant part of the picture.

I have taken oictures of beautiful tulip fields and ended up with a similar bad picture effect. The red displayed looks flat and bursting at the edges.

I think it is likely the camera ... not the car, making a ugly image.

 

KU104.. about the maroon sl55 first came as Mr Kathemi car and has been sold few times. Now the person own's it, he should be the 3rd or 4th owner.
And about the golden one. It's belong to the Kathemi that sold the maroon one.

 

Actually a girl owns the maroon one..she doesnt live to far away from me.

KU104, Mowateriology.. hey guys.. new news (at least for me), the golden SL55 has been sold to a loyer.. I think he lives in Jabreyah, and his office in Morqab. So Kathemi now am sure is waiting for something new.. hmmm.. I can't wait.

And the only girl that I know of that drive's SL55 is the red one. The same color as my car. Last time I saw the maroon one aguy in his mid 40s driving it. He was even wearing a suite.

 

Mowater...Ee the maroon is next to me..Rather small house to :p I don't know the girl was driving in our area and I always see her driving it..SL55 which Kathemi is it who buys the SL's..the head of the dealers (I think his house is in Qurtoba, Next to me :P) or some one else..Thanks.

Im ordering tomorrow and couldnt be more excited. Here are some questions.

1. Baby-G - which Black is that - it looks AMAZING in the pics. I was going to go for Brilliant Silver, but it doesnt look too brilliant, compared to your black.

2. Baby-G - Which Rims are those, they look great. I dont like the 5 spoke, are the ones you have special ordered?

3. IM a little nervous driving into Manhattan - roads are not the best in some places - should I be concerned.....no spare......

4. What do you guys really think about the panoramic roof?

5. They tell me my order tomorrow will be in for June, 04, which is fine by me.......BUT - do I wait for the 2005 SL55? I cant afford the SL65; are they going to be changing the 55 soon?

6. Anything else you guys can tell me would be great.

I am so pumped for this baby, have a 2003 E500 Sport, but cant tell you how pumped I am for this.....
