2003 Sl55
Good eye mate...I am in in the process of making this beaut a Carlsson SL55. So far I have done the Carlsson U/L 116(for 'Ultra-Lite) wheel in F9.5X20 and R11X20, Carlsson performance exhaust upgrade, Carlsson electronic suspension lowering module and lighted chrome doorsills. The exhaust now has a much deeper tone and the exhaust tips look much nicer and more refined than the AMG ones. Next I plan to both reprogram the ECU and upgrade the supercharger for an additional 70-80hp. This car gets a lot of attention here in Chicago.

Im sure it would, especially with those 20 inch wheels. I was wandering why the brakes looked so small... Could I also recommend an LSD for one of your upgrades, definitely worth it. Have fun!

Unfortunately, believe it or not, I do not own any car. I am just an SL55 fan. However I assure you the LSD will give a huge traction and handling advantage, especially if you take it to the track. I think Kleeman have LSD's, and a few other companies. As far as I know, no software upgrades are needed, as I wouldnt see why it would, but dont quote me on that one. Enjoy the car!

Thats right, many hail the LSD in the M3 for its excellent conering abilities, and so predictible sliding around corners, which makes it great for the track. Unfortunately Mercedes doesnt quite take BMW and M's approach to making a car handle better rather than load it with power. I dont understand why AMG do not put an LSD on their cars that are so powerful

2013 SL65 45th Anniversary Edition, 2014 Range Rover Sport Autobiography
I probably shouldn't even post these since it's a plain old stock 2003 SL55, but I'm proud, and at least I have a better camera than the recent posters :-)
Next to my old car. Definitely an upgrade, but the NSX isn't looking too bad for a 10 year old car!
Pano roof is my favorite option.
