It's your choice, but I'd seriously consider option #3 on your list.
There seems to be ALOT of good deals out there on these cars.
To refine it, I'd go after the '07 SL55 - I really like the pull of the supercharged engine over the 63.
Let us know what you decide & best of luck!

I have never seen so many replies for what is a simple answer.

I've been think about that. Perhaps I can get the collision center to "buy" a performance exhaust system for me. It would certainly save some repair costs.

Still No Decision

Yep, $57K and the insurance companies are still chocking on the number and unable to determine the value of the car. I saw the car today, it's really a pitiful sight and just makes me sick. Frankly, although I only had it a month I am having trouble locating a possible replacement. Perhaps I'm too attached to the car. I looked at a new Shelby GT500KR today and it just doesn't appeal to me. If now considering a Porsche 997TT but don't know that much about them.

I should have a decision next week. I still believe it's going to be totaled.

Can you post some pictures of the car?

Pictures of Wrecked 06 SL55 030

The pictures were taken the day after the accident. The internal damage is much worse than the pictures show. I've found an 07 SL55 030 with 25K on the clock that is similarly equipped to my 06 with a CPO for $70K that I'm going to jump on as soon as the insurance companies give me a decision.
