Kleemann SL65 ECU - My Impressions

As promised, some feedback on my SL65 Kleemann ECU upgrade (done this week):

1) Considerably faster seat-of-the-pants performance. Faster acceleration at all speeds.
2) As a benchmark, I raced the pre-Kleemann SL65 against my Ferrrari F430 Spider in a 20 MPH rolling start to 100 MPH...the Ferrari was slightly faster. Post-Kleemann, in the same race, the SL65 pulled the Ferrari. The Ferrari dramatically out handles the SL65, but in straight line acceleration, the SL65 is the faster car.
3) The biggest surprise, post-Kleemann, was the subtle and smooth power change. For whatever reason, I had expected a compromise in terms of daily driving comfort. Instead, it's more like a perfectly tuned SL65, with considerably faster speed (and better throttle response), and no compromises what-so-ever.
4) Kleemann service was first rate, with same day turnaround.

In conclusion, I picked up nearly 100 HP for only $2500 (on sale from $4500). What a deal!!!

Call Cory at Kleemann relative to the deal expiration...he's very helpful. Same day turn around on the ECU.

Which octane tune did you do ? Spoke with Cory today and he said around 40-50 crank HP for a 93 tune.

And you felt that much of a difference from that tune ? I think he said the 91 tune only picks up 30 crank HP

I feel it, my mechanic felt it (exotic car mechanic who did an aggressive before and after test drive), and my SL55 owning brother felt it (his comment..."that's sickkkkkk"). Furthermore, it now beats my Ferrari F430 (as explained in my first post). I assure you, It's not a case of me having an over active, self-fulfilling imagination...it's a noticable improvement.

Do you think it's possible for me to go from 11.27 to a 10.99 with the 93 octane tune from Kleeman ?
