Quick update... the vendor is also adding their HP (High Power) LE (Limited Edition) DUAL and HP LE QUAD to the GB as well. (see thew LI Buy Online Now Page for more info) These are for those who got to have the best and want the Ultimate in LI Performance. These Limited Edition, less than 100 will ever be made, have not 1 but 2 Laser Diode Transmitter Devices in each sensors for twice the jamming power, one vertically polarized and one horizontally. First come, fist serve till they are sold out!

I believe Tim's question was answered directly but in case anyone else is curious, here is the official response:
The LI Quad can run with 1, 2, 3 or all 4 heads. No electrical/electronic issue. What's more, with their new HP LE units that have dual diodes in each head, by using three heads total (as per Cali regulations) you actually improve your odds on the one side of the car where you have a single head. So in essence, this is the preferred product to use where limited by regulations like California's.

You are correct, my question was answered directly by Cliff at Laser Interceptor. He was very helpful and prompt in his response. I took advantage of the "group buy" and purchased three high power units (for the following: Ferrari F430 Spider, Mercedes SL65 Kleemann, Mercedes S550). Thanks for your help!!!
