Why? You won't be able to read it...when the boost kicks in enough to measure on the gauge you will too busy watching where you are going. ;-)

I ordered the DEFI gauge (closest to stock looking I could find), but picked up a universal holder. Which holder did you buy? I wonder if it would interfere with the parking sensors screen.

Sorry, because I wasn't able to get any info about where to buy that gauge.

But at least you got an example of where to put it...
Sits perfectly there!

Good luck.

Hi Jay!
Never over 1,0 bar, no matter what I do.
Regardless of speed, braking while accelerating, or whatever!
Most of the times, about 0,95...

Do you have one too..?

You should be seeing more then 1 bar, 1 bar is stock boost. I dont have a pressure gauge, but when using my datalogging software it tells me boost. I average about 1.28 bar

+1, my 65 pegged ~1.25 bar on the dyno. I hope your 600 is making more than 1 bar of boost, because if not, I sincerely doubt you are making 600hp!

Ha hah haa, no no no...
I'm speaking of the reading on the gauge only, since that was Jay's question...

According to the lap top (KTS) it peaks to 1,27 bar.
That's why I had that symbol () there, to state that the gauge should be showing more..!

But I have it there in purpose only to see when there's a drop in pressure!
Since our cars tend to have air pockets and pump failure and what not, I feel it's kinda necessary.
Because if there's a fall in 50 HP (for instance) it's not that easy to tell!
But now, if the boost decreases with as little as 0,05 bar, I can easily spot that!

Another thing about boost and horsepowers;
It's not all about a peaking figure, you know!
The important thing is how far up in revs you maintain the boost!
The stock 600TT developes about 1 bar. That is correct.
BUT, not at the same revs as it developes it's 500HP..!
Up there, towards 5500rpm, it boosts only about 0.6 bar stock!

So what I'm getting at is,
even if your car "only" boosts 1.0 bar, BUT STILL does so at around 5500rpm, you will have a car A LOT FASTER than stock right there...

Or the opposite,
your car can peak a boost of 1.8 bar even, but only at 2000 rpm! And at 5500 rpm it only boosts 0.6 bar!
That makes you still have a 500 HP car...
