Convertible top won't open...Help!
Before I send this to the dealer, I was wondering if someone might have fix...
I keep getting "close trunk partition" message whenever I try to open convertible top. Every time I check the trunk and the trunk partition is in place...Isthere contact not meeting or a switch not working?

Porsche guy who drives SL63 w/ perf pkg AND perf suspension
the switch is on the right (pass) side latch, which is the spring loaded latch to the rear that the trunk cover clips into when you close it and 'latch' it in place.
make sure it is latched in all the way. Or block it closed with a item; piece of wood/ plastic, then see if it will correct it.

FIXED!!!!!
Took it to my tuner shop...they came in on a Saturday for me...
. The plug to the partition switch was unplugged. There was some work in the back panels and apparently the person putting the car back together forgot to plug in that switch.

Reviving this one...just got car back from dealer from warranty work including the Trunk struts...now getting the "Close trunk partition" when trying to put top down..
Of course I didnt try this at the dealer , and not wanting to go back ..I know work has been done back there hopefully a quick fix? any other suggestions?
