That New manifold design will act like a header on an Atmo Engine. With the bigger turbo, I think You should have monstrous HP gain if everything is tuned properly. The Stock exhaust/turbo setup on MB V12TT engines is **** poor, like the cooling and intake. And although that, some people could achieve huge HP.
You car should produce 1000RWHP... I'm pretty sure.

2008 SL600 w/AMG pkg
I might just be at the Texas Mile if he can get his car finished. March 26th-28th, correct?
Only 103 miles for me.. a nice cruise in my stock SL600.

I'm glad someone finally took on a project like this. Ever since I frist saw the v12 biturbo manifold/turbo I knew the key to unleashing the power would be bigger turbos on a custom manifold. Are you going to try and tune through factory ECU? What size turbos are you going to go with? Good luck! Yea the V12 biturbo injectors are pretty small. You can try running 55k injectors, should drop in and provide roughly double the flow. If you wanna go baller you can get SLR injectors

Great seeing the pics of the manifolds and turbos. I'd like to see the AMG 6.0 parts side by side! Anyone know if the manifolds look different than these 5.5L parts?
Anyway....I'll be at the Mile in my FGT...come by and say hi!
Regards,
Sanjay

600 and 65 turbos have the same exterior look. The only differences are in the turbos internals.

As I explained many times, In the MB V12TT engines, the turbo setup is very particular.
The exhaust gas manifold and the Turbine wheel housing are casted as one single piece.
So, the Manifold/housing block is the same on the 600 & 65.
That's why you can't simply swap turbos on those engines. You have to cast a band new exhaust manifiold to make your aftermarket turbo fit.

The housing and the turbine wheels size are the same but I believe the compressor wheels are k20/24s on the 65

SLR/55k injector flow specs are not published...you may or may not be correct but based on some formulas, u are probably correct.... Yes we are using the oem ecu, there is no need to install a stand-alone or even a piggy-back race fuel management system, additionally, for obvious reasons you really can not go that route on these cars.

By the way, the color is red but in the pic it looks orange.
