I don't know whether to be upset or not? I thought the pic looked familiar...those are pics from my photobucket that they watermarked as their own...
I don't even know if I even have recourse through Ebay or not...
I did not even get the spoiler from them...Revozport is the vendor I bought it from directly.

Unfortunately, when you put a picture on the internet, its pretty much free for anyone to capture and post it again. Of course unless you have some copyright pictured on it origionally, like they did, now that photo wouldnt be any good to anyone else but them. You pretty much have to put markings on every picture you post to make it useless to anyone else. But thats not the purpose of showing off pictures in the first place. So thats not a very good solution.
Its probible they got it off the pictures you post here.
I doubt very seriously they would respond to you if you contact them. Or even ebay wouldnt have any verification that you were the origionator of it if you made that claim.
I had a car on ebay someone reposted the whole add in autotrader. I called AT and was able to refer them to my ebay and they agreed to delete the add.
Its hardly going to be worth the hassle since they arent trying to sell your car. Just showing an example of the spoiler.

I don't know if that's your license plat in the first pic (JRA***), But I would be pissed. EBAY will make them take it down sinxe they are you using your pics without permission.
