let some one drive and run past u.....then u will understand
once u start messing with exhuset...it gets too loud, drone, possible power loss/ cel etc
my adivce would be, keep stock exhust system and just do headers and possible primery cat delete
leave all the rest (2nd cats and res)
actuly if not sure, SL might have just one set of cats. If hats the case u can go race cats
it will be mor ethen loud

I found the secondary cat del to create only minor change. Same great sound just a bit more especially under WOT.
Could not agree more that the SL55 sounds sweet while driving past you. My victims tell me that all of the time.
