Which grill is everyone going for so far? the badgeless or with the star. I do have distronic but I think the badgeless would look a bit better in Carbon on my car however I dont know, can anyone photoshop this on a Benz to see???

This is how it looks like without the star made by Lorinser. The most interested one so far is the 3 slats in carbon fiber with the distronic star.

I still don't know if I want the distronic star, put me in as a maybe...I'd have to see the product finished on an SL exactly how it would look first...I am still partial to the stock non-distronic star

We're talking about real CF and not a sticker right? Then I might be interested too (MY 2003 SL55). The 3 slats seem a bit better than 4 slats:
The CF might contrast nicely with my silver car. I agree with Sunir though that a picture would help the decision.

Yes, we're talking about real CF. The goal is to have the same style as the 07+ grill so it should look almost identical to it except about an inch longer so we can fit it on 03-06 cars.

I'm Out for now. Taking too long and another great forum member gave me his single slat. It looks better than my 4 slat. If this happens in a decent time frame let me know. How long will it take to get 3 people, make the grills, ship them out ?

Vendetta...I think I like the single slat...is this the same one GFEAR has? where did you get it? I saw it on ebay but I don't use paypal ...if you want to sell yours let me know...I like the 3 slat, but I think the single slat is my fav out of the options we have right now...
i like the single..the gloss blk is a little glossy, as i thought it moght be in he pics..thats why i never bought 1..but once its on car and car is clean and you get used to the glossy blk..it lookd great, tidys/freshn ups the car 4 sure..great ite, to add for min $$
