Pics of my SL lowered

Today was a nice day so I decided to wash all of the cars and post pics of my SL lowered with the Adjustableairride links. Diamond Sliver w/ Euro 26 wheels.

That's the way I adjusted it to look, maybe tire size has something to do with it. I run 295/25 R20 rear and 255/30 R20 front.

Thanks Dino, I got the idea from GFEAR. The grill came from eBay at about $200. I like this look better than the silverish four fin look with the little star on it.

Jeez! that really looks low, excellent in fact. So many car pics have been posted of lowered cars that look hardly any different.
Also a car should be a tiny bit higher at the back, an F1 driver told me that.
Did you do your quarter with or without traction.

Thanks, I always turn off the ESP, I learned that from Havoc. I just replaced the IC pump therefore I expect real low 12's to a high 11 in the 1/4 and trapping out at least 116 mph.

Charles,

Great looking ride, perfect drop with a nice stance. How do you like your SL65 bumper over the SL55?? I'm in between about getting one for mine.

Thanks Bro, I love it, it has more of an aggressive look. If I were you I would get the updated 65 bumper with the gills instead of the mesh.

I think it looks to low. IMHO

I like it when there is a 1/2 inch to an inch of gap between the tire and the fender if your head is even with the top of the tire.

That way it looks like the current OEM Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo and other high end cars.

When it's dropped to much it looks getto and or kidish.....kinda guido Miami ish...

It's all relative though...

I can understand that, however my car takes on different stances depending on how level the ground is. I actually have a small tiny gap in the front and maybe less than a 1/2'' gap in the rear, but it works for me. I respect your opinion, thanks Bro.

For a second I thought it was too low, then as I said I have never seen one this low which IMO gives it that edge over the other lowered cars I have seen. Don't change it.

I appreciate that, no I will leave her just as she stands. You cannot expect everyone to like your car no matter what you do to it. I had an older gentlemen tell me at a Mercedes dealership that he liked my car, but he stated that he was old fashioned and did not like my wheels. Everyone has their own twist on what they think a good looking car looks like. It all boils down to what you as the owner like and that's all that matters at this point.
