I don't doubt that someone will buy your car, she's a beauty w/ all the bells and whistles. However, a good deal is in eye of the beholder, someone who fails to do research might take you up on your offer. IMOP, with over 62K on her that's way over priced both here in the U.S. and Canada. I wish you the best of luck in getting what you want for her.

Lol. 50,000 for a 2003 SL with an @$$load of miles. That's a pretty huge %^&*ing premium. That's just silly IMO, but you're bound to find a dumbass who's willing to pay for it.

TBH I think your car, and even the OP's car should be worth more than $20s, but unfortunately these cars are a huge risk without a warranty, that's basically why they're so cheap IMO.

I bought my 2003 sl55 8 months ago with every available option with 21,000 miles and 3 years left on a 4 yr extended warranty and I paid $37,000. I would never have even considered one with over 60,000 miles and no warranty.

Well im the 2nd owner of the car ....... its nowhere near alot of KM for this type of motor ..... the cars in perfect shape with NO PROBLEMS watsoever .... never been dropped . only mod that was done was wheels . cars been driven properly and serviced properly ..... you dont need warranty when you take care of a car . never winter driven etc.... if u want a reliable sl55 ... u buy this one . theres reasons why ppl sell cars more than others . I bought the lambo for a reason. I know wat my cars worth thank you very much and US CANADIANS do get alot more for cars up here . we dont drive are SLz yearly. Hwy KM is nothing , its actually good that the car is driven .

Hey Bro, I have to correct you real quick like on one issue here. Your sadly mistaken if you feel that by performing all scheduled maintenance's in a timely manner and taking good care of a car, will allow you to drive an SL55 or any AMG for that fact without "Warranty" Worry free. Hell I keep all records of my car and I only allow the Mercedes Benz dealership to service my car, I have used the dog S_ _T out of my warranty. Your statement as quoted is not true, let's keep it real bro. Besides not driving these cars enough is the same as driving them too much. Let a SL sit for 6 month's and see what happens. ABC is your worse nightmare IMO. These cars need to be driven and just starting her during the winter months and not driving her is not good enough. Yes you need a warranty, why do you think one time owners sell these cars before they reach 50K?
