Posted this in the AMG S forum but got no responses so I figured I would try here.

I have been buying wheel and tire warranties for every car from a friend who's been working at AutoNation dealerships for several years now. Went to get one for the S65 and it turns out AN changed their mind and will no longer sell to people who did not buy a car from them. It goes so deep that they will not even sell it to their own employees who did not buy from them.

So on to my question: does anyone know where I can go get a wheel/tire road hazard warranty for a reasonable price?

coverage is for stock wheel and tire combo, it is for 5 years, and is good for up to 1,000 per wheel that is damaged and 500 per tire, that is per occurrence, and I don't believe there is a max number of times you can use it. It runs 695, pm me if you have any other questions on it.

That sounds like a good deal, what company is the warranty through?

the product itself is assurance edge, and I believe it is through Road America, which is a MAPFRE Company.

and after reading through the coverage, it covers repair or replacement up to 1,000 per wheel occurrence 500 per tire, and you can use this warranty up to 4,000 worth of wheels and 2,000 worth of tires. It looks like you also get hotel discounts, car rental discounts, vehicle rental reimbursement from damaged wheels, and 24 hour roadside assistance.
