It claims the run was done when it was 90.5 degrees out. Furthermore, was it even done at a 1/4 mile track or was it a time from a vbox/g-tech/dyno simulator?

Lou Fishgold's RENNtech modified SL65 best trap speed was 130.016mph. This was with all the RENNtech goodies available at the time (including 100 octane tune).

please, I don't know where that info started at (I am 99% sure it started from the stock turbo WRX STi that had the stock turbo 1/4mi record at 11.7@114 that nobody believed)
There is nothing wrong with the timing at sacramento dragway, I run there myself and there is nothing wrong with my 12.9@105 on pump gas; I hate it when I am hearing this crap about sac dragway just because people don't believe this one guy's times(that are on video too)
*stephen, not attacking you(and I apologize if I am sounding like an *******, it is not your problem; I am simply trying to fix information that I know firsthand is wrong); I am just frustrated that even on this forum(I am on mitsu, porsche, supra, and subi forums that anywhere I go it's gotten around that sac dragway is a bad track with prep and the timing tools, the prep is bad but the timing is very good.

Explain to me how someone can trap 2.5mph higher on an average over the last 66' of the same run compared to the GPS trap speed at 1,320'? Unless he slammed on the brakes right before the 1/4 mile end (which I think he would have mentioned)...the trap speed is not being calculated correctly. Sorry to hurt people's feelings who buy into the Sacramento trap speeds as being reality. I have no doubt that the ET times are correct. My theory is that that the timing light that should be at the 1,254' mark (66' before the end of the run) was misplaced by about 18"s too close to the 1/4 mile end-line.
