seat movement upon exit
I've had my SL55 about a month. When I first drove it the steering wheel tilted up and the seat moved back upon exit. Now it doesn't. Anyone have any suggestions why this function quit?

If the seat is back past a certain point the easy exit will not activate.
If the steering wheel is set at a high point it too will not raise when you open the door.
Try moving the seat forward and the steering wheel down then open the door.
Also make sure the settings are correct in the computer setup in the dash.

I checked the seat and steering wheel. I don't understand what you mean by "settings are correct in the computer setup in the dash". Any assistance will be appreciated.
