Question Adding PANO ROOF to non-pano SL55

The piece cost $4K. Don't know the labor. What do you all think the cost would be? Is it too detailed to be a quick thing?

It is not quick thing to do and it is quite involved. Do a search on this forum, since this has been discussed ad nauseum.

I'll give you the short version. Don't do it. Not worth it. Go buy a car with a pano if that's a must. You will also find that people from warm sunny climates (FL, SOCAL, ATL, etc.) don't like them because when the top is on, they are doing it because it's hot as S#@t and they are trying to keep the sun out.

Porsche guy who drives SL63 w/ perf pkg AND perf suspension
If you could find one off wrecked car I dont think there would be too much to it. Only way it would be affordable. But there probibly isnt one in to be had.
Probibly need top panel and back panel I dont know if there is a difference in the way the two meet or if there is a difference in the weather stripping where they meet.
