I'll keep it quick. Just got a Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT Nav installed to replace the OEM Comand head unit. It is mile beyond the stock head unit. Steams Pandora, USB drive, Bluetooth, Ipod, SD card, Divix, movies, adult movies and a bunch of other things I don't know of yet. Tomorrow I get some drag radials. and my wheel is already fixed! I'll make a new post for that.

steering wheel controls
Does it work with steering controls? Did you have to rewire anything?
I would like to replace my head unit soon, so any input you can give me would greatly be appreciated.

No steering wheel controls, So that is a down side. However you go get a touch screen. A major concern of mine, was If I lost volume, and phone controls on the wheel.. Would it effect my M1 ELM? It did not, so thats a good thing.

I'm sure there are great installers out there that can do it. The guy who made this, did it by hand and he does exceptional work. I'm happy with it.

When you mate your phone to the head unit is also syncs all contacts so you can dial them from the headed unit. So you loose the phone steering wheel controls.
I can also stream Pandora radio from my phone to my head unit via bluetooth. If you have an Iphone, you can down load the Pandora for pioneer app and streem Pandora with all fetures enabled. Like album cover art and all the other standard things you do with Pandora. I'm wondering if I can stream You Tube too? Let me run out to my car and see.
EDIT: No you tube streaming, but I can hear the video through my speakers. Kind of strange listening to my car on the dyno in my car while sitting in my driveway.
