She likes it just as much as I do, I think I have a keeper. Now to figure out how to get the keys back...

My wife refuses to drive the SL600. Odd, because it originally was purchased as shared vehicle but quickly morphed into my weekend hotrod. She says there's just way too much responsibility involved. Apparently, I can be a bit excitable about it.....

Oh, and get that garage door opener off your visor and program the buttons on the bottom of your rearview mirror! C'mon man, this is 2011!

Don't worry, once she's filled the tank once or twice you'll get your keys back...

You might have a rolling code garage door opener. There is a section in the users manual that covers these. I can email you a pdf of the 2004 owner's manual if you don't have it, just PM me your address. (Too big to upload)

Same exact situation in our house. I would not have bought a drop top, but was thinking wifey would be driving with the top down on the SL and I would have the good looking hard top.

I guess I lost proper perspective when the curb monster jumped out in the middle of the street and bit my... errr our wheels while the misses was driving. The proper perspective is: Hey it is just a car. i didn't get that part so now wifey refuses to drive it.

My wife came to pick me up at the airport and bumped into a limo once and trashed the bumper....no longer drives SL (or my 911) on her own volition......drives a huge QX 56 to insulate herself.....
