Here are pics member kamilclk430 test fit. It looks great, and the fitment was good, but we just need to change the backside of the mould to have it fit more securely in the bumper area. This should be completed quite soon now.

 

Neal this diffuser is the best single mod I ever have gotten on my car. The quality on this thing is amazing and is made at 100%. I love the way this looks, like the rest of you guys I was worried about the fins in the back not sitting right but look at it now on the car. LOOKS KILLER. I love this thing, you guys will too. I'm so lucky to have one already

I have purchased C/F front lip #2 as I keep dinging mine up, how do you get by without destroying yours as your SL is pronanly 3/4" lower?

All other 10 diffusers are still in production. What I will probably wind up doing to save some time, is having some finished up earlier, and ship those out first instead of having to wait for all 10 to be done at once. This way we can at least start to ship maybe half sooner. So people can finally get them. Its well over due!

Hi Guys,

I wanted to post here publicly because I am now getting emails almost daily which is understandable. Yes, I know we are way past the expected time, I am not happy about this. Even worse is knowing 10 people that are now waiting since May! It is never a quick process making these, however I have to admit we are now a few months overdue. The changes made to the back side of mould were suppose to be done quick, as it was only a few minor changes. But the new backside of the mould did not line up with the front part (it needs to be a 2pc mould). So what happened was we needed to make an entire new mould. And this is what is causing this severe delay. We were not expecting this to happen. I am so upset this is taking long, for all the customers waiting. This is very rare, and we usually never encounter events like this to push things back so much. But it seems everything that can delay it did. Some customers who emailed me, I am offering overnight shipping to for free, to help make up the time delay in transit. If you require this, please let me know. Please understand that I am doing everything I can every single day I come to work to get this done quicker, but I just cannot sacrifice quality to have it done tomorrow. You can check all our other group buys we have done like this, often they are delayed, but not this bad, and I am not happy or proud of this. I just hope everyone can understand that the events that occurred were not expected, and I am on top of this as my TOP priority every day to have these completed ASAP! The good news is the new mould is done already, and all 10 parts should be done by the end of October (some earlier). I understand some people may be upset by this, and that is understandable. I want to also point out, if you are no longer interested in the diffuser please let me know. I get people inquiring about this part very often, but since it was limited to 10, I turn it down. So if you no longer want to wait, I can see about selling your spot. These parts will command a high dollar since its limited production, so even if you ever want to sell yours down the road, this will always be a benefit to you. I just want you all to know that the fact that all 10 are now in production and everything seems to be straightened out, that it honestly should now not be to much longer. I really just want people to know that just because I do not update this thread everyday does not mean this is not the single highest priority part we are now working on every day.


For what its worth I sincerely apologize for the delay and hope that you all understand, and I hope you can just stick it out a little longer, but I know it is not easy to wait.

Thank you for the explanation. Although the delay is disappointing because I would obviously like to see it on my car, I am encouraged by your email and appreciate the explanation. I will continue to wait patiently and look forward the finished product.
