Maxabo, what are these "Area 51 Diodes" on the ricker's SL that you speak of? Are there any pics that we can see? that is very interesting.....thanks in advance!

They are attached on the OUTSIDE of the headlights, so you don't have to break them open either...

2009 SL65
Finally got my baby home
I finally got the car home... 2 weeks late... but better late than never. Here's a quick pic. Love the power. Can't put the pedal down the way I was able to with the SL55, since there is just too much power with the SL65 (it just spins). I guess that's what's expected with 670 horses. ANyways, should fix most of that when I do the Renntech LSD, which I hope to do in next 90 days or so. It sounds amazing, and is a real head turner. Got some extras done already, including CF front lip cover (you can see it if you look close at pic)... and CF spoiler and diffuser. More CF to come soon. Also, did some engine mods and renntech goodies. More pics to come.

The SL65 should already have the AMG limited slip. I'm not sure what % locking it is. Both tires spin on launch on my car. The Renntech LSD is 100% locking. Worth looking into, but I'm worried that this affects the cars drivability while driving around town and pulling into parking spaces.
