Be careful about this company "Prior-Design" SUCK

Hey guys just for your info if you want to order from this company.

i live far in Bangkok (Thailand) I had ordered widebody with Prior-Design for my SL R230. They said they have product in stock and can ship right away. But what this company had committed seem everything go opporsite way.

1. They said can ship right away, i been waiting about two months after i paid. I mail to chase them about 15 emails without reply me back or feedback, fortunately I got it.
2. After I got body part, I starting modifying my car. But I found out that they send me the same left rear fender. I mad again and i started to mail them again about 5 emails (5Days) but no reply back even one from them
3. I decided to call them and seem they understood what my problem is and will find out for me and get back to me with an hour. But two days passed i got no feedback or email again. i called day by day and email day by day but no feedback. Last week i got an email they said "arrange the shipment". But until Yesterday i got nothing and i called again then they said would find out "Fxxk find out". Up to today its already three weeks my SL freeze at garage two weeks already waiting for fender with hopeless "Fxxk Prior-Design!!!

The pitfalls of dealing with overseas shipping & companies. On top of that unresponsive & unreliable customer service. Unfortunately, this is all to common with all kinds of products & companies.

I had a similar problem with the vented bonnet I ordered. It took 6 MONTHS!!!! Endless emails, no answers, left messages. Absolutist the WORST customer service in world's history.
When the numbskulls actually did send the right bonnet ( they sent the wrong one ) the geniuses sent it to Sydney where I live but they decided to just send it to the airport and not the ultimate delivery address. So it sat in customs for 2 weeks while we wondered where the **** it was. They are with out a doubt a pack of retards. The good news is the bonnet is here, looks good and will be going on the car finally.

Interesting to hear another member with similar problem. They have systemic customer service issues.

Sorry to hear you guys had problems..

I hate to see any members getting screwed by vendors/tuners/etc..

Gotta say I had ZERO problems w/MishaDesigns they were w/out a doubt the BEST modding experience I've had w/ANY car PERIOD, great parts/great customer service & support thru ENTIRE install etc...

I remember countless people stating Prior had the best kits etc, well pictures are worthless w/OUT quality products actually available to install after you buy them. Damn I can't imagine the nightmare of having the SL stuck @ Bodyshop for 6+ months JUST WAITING FOR PARTS, my COMPLETE install took 2 weeks, (MishaDesigns did install) INCLUDING full new paint job @ SCC ONLY took 2 months TOTAL..

Damn that sucks. hate to hear that happened to you guys. Someone should visit Prior Design with an AK-47 .

I have to say, I had a good experience with them tbh. Ray helped me out here in the States. I got the very first set of their W215 fenders here and they took about 2 1/2 3 weeks to get to me. The box was a little messed up, but the pieces came perfect.
