ABC pump replaced...still having issues possibly??

I just had my ABC pump replaced 2 weeks ago. However, it seems the front passenger side is dropping a bit when I turn car off....maybe 1/2 inch to 1 inch from rest of car. When I hit ABC button to raise it...it raises fine....lowers fine.....no warning signals have been on, etc.

Any ideas? I don't see any fluid leaks.....and the wheel is not slammed on that side....and I don't notice any differences while driving (seems straight). It seems to hold fine when the car is running......it's only when I turn it off that it seems to drop a bit after little bit.

I also have noticed a hissing noise from driver side wheel well....right behind the side vent. It's not coming from ABC pump....but I do it stops hissing for a couple seconds when I raise or lower car.....thoughts?

If there are no leaks at the shock- Your front valve block is going. Search the forum- there is Plenty on the subject.

Hopefully the ABC pump wasn't replaced due to it dropping a corner? Sounds like the Valve block to me as well. Good luck.

I was having the same issue after my pump replacement, did another Rodeo and my front corner does not drop anymore. I would look to the rodeo before replacing anything and then look into the front valve block.

No....pump definitely was out before....just about all my fluid dropped on the ground.

I don't....it seems all the wheel wells are at different levels at times on this car....I don't know if I just am really **** about it or what. Sometimes the front passenger wheel is 3/4 inch lower....other times it seems the whole passenger side is off.....while the gap in the driver wheel wells (front and back) are random, too.

Could it be a ride height sensor they screwed up? Or aren't they supposed to level the car with the star diagnosis system after an ABC pump repair?? Could they have aligned it wrong?

The sound from behind the driver wheel is your ABC pulse damper. Probably needs replacing.

Velvet...thanks....did some searching in the forums and I agree this sounds likely. Is this something that needs replacing immediately....in other words, could it damage other ABC parts? Or is this something that i can hold off on until it warms up outside?

I wouldn't wait on anything ABC related.
