http://www.kabeldaviko.de/SL-Classes/R230/

These guys got me this in 2-3 days (real quick) from Germany for less than $200.
I ordered that harness from the website its been 5 weeks and i still haven't received it. tracking - rg740014829de via usps webiste

My body shop is getting frustrated on waiting for these harness, can anyone chime in to an alternative solution? i'v tried contacting the seller, he replied in the beginning and told me to wait another 3 weeks, and that was 4 weeks ago - now he hasnt responded to my emails. How did twingtx get his harness within 2-3days???? i live in cali

Frank at Kabledavico is top notch. He supplied a harness for my Bi-Xenon and Parktronic retros. No problems!

Mostly it depends on your dealership installer

R230 Black conversion Head Light
Hi guys, just read your thread on R230 head lights for conversion models. I have a 2002 R230 with black conversion and I'm trying to fix a head light that won't light on full beam. Dip and main beam are ok - bulb ok for full beam just won't light. Any idea what pin is used for Full beam please or how best to see what the problem is, many thanks, Ian

Sounds like a Halogen bulb not BiXenon?

Hi, the part number off the light is 2308202461 - on a search shows as Bi-Xenon. There is a ballast for the side and main beam light but full beam is a standard hologen bulb that is twin fillament. All other functions on the light are ok and tested the bulb - any idea's

Bi-Xenon uses a solenoid to flip a screen in front of the Xenon bulb for low and high beams. The second Halogen bulb is probably for cornering light or fog. Sounds like your solenoid or controller is on the blink.

There's an additional Halogen bulb on together with the xenon on high beam
(The xenon itself also switches to high beam with its solenoid screen)

C300 TO C63
I have 2010 c300 and went from pre lift to facelift conversion. I have 2013 headlights, and I went local junk yard and cut the headlight connectors to fit on the new 2013 headlight port. I'm not good with wiring diagrams. I'm more of a illustration type. Can't find nothing on the internet with pictures for the conversion. Can some help me to repin the old connector to the new. I do not have a ballast. I will be running aftermarket hid kit to the headlights
