Early R230 = Lacey Chabert. Classy, sexy, and timeless:
The facelift R230 = Mila Kunis. Aggressive, stunning, and trendy:
Either way, you can't go wrong.

BTW...have any of you noticed Mercedes did a similar thing on the R107 SL class? I either see R107 SL models with a pair of square headlights or with double round round headlights on each side.

SL55 AMG
I personally lean towards the first kit. I was thinking of a full facelift with an updated wide-body kit but not so much in the past weeks.
Like I said before, I would still alter a few of the parts on the first kit (updated mirrors maybe a less aggressive wide-mouth front bumper)....all while trying to keep the basic look of the car I fell in love with and adding some of my personality and attitude to it!

I've been in contact with the kits seller, anyone else interested let me know. If we get a group together the price comes down. I think its a bada55 looking kit.

This is the rear I would go with, but keep the oval tips, there are 2 choices as seen in the second pic..
Other version of rear

Besides the front fascia and lights, the rest of the kit is identical to the classic R230 kit
You can see the fit and finish is just as good as factory and the lines are clean

i am going to have to print all these pics out and do a collage on the wall. i just can't decide. now it is between 3 different ones. pretty sure i got the color picked out though, the 370z blue. the solid color one, not with metal flake and pearl. then everything else black. need to make sure it will go with my interior though.

With the angularity of the lower front fascia in pic 1, I'd probably...well did...go with updated headlight configuration. But it comes down to personal taste...you can't really go wrong with either route.
