No more Fog Lights?
Since I never use them & don't really like the look of them I am thinking about taking my fog lights out completely... does anyone know where I can find the bumper mesh/grille that doesn't have the fog light cut-outs in it?

Im deleting the fog lights on my SL63 facelift as well. Probably going to replace them with S class DRL's or the new R231 DRL's.

DRL's... I am still on the Fence about these myself... one minute I want them & the next I don't
However on the facelifts I think they look GREAT! ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
For now I just want zero lights & to fill the void with the same mesh material as the center piece (kinda like the way that SL55K's bumper looks but with my OEM bumper). I found a couple of places that sell just the material to do this but I was hoping to take the easy way out & buy already formed & ready to fit pieces to accomplish this?

I don't think you are going to find a pre-cut mesh for the SL application IMO. Cutting the mesh out in the size of the cutout shouldn't be that hard? I found a couple sellers on ebay that sell universal mesh grills also, but I'm waiting on my OEM center mesh from the dealer and see what it looks like so I can get the closest match to that.

I agree with everything you just said & it will be easy enough for sure BUT I just emailed Wheelz-N-Grillez to see if they offered a custom fitment for me... I will keep you posted if you want. If they don't I am prolly just going to buy enough material to redo all three pieces to be sure they are all a perfect match
