Lug Bolt specs?

Anyone know the right specs of lug bolts I need for my HRE wheels? Old wheel set had extended lugs and spacers, so I need some new ones. From what I gathered 14x1.5 and 28mm long should be fine? Also I believe it should be a cone seat and not ball type.

Thanks for the input.

really hard to tell unless you measure the wheel pad thickness. the fronts you don't have to hit spot on, but the rears you do. if not the bolts carries through flange and will hit the parking break spring making all sorts of noise.
measure from the bottom of the seat to the rear pad, then add 15mm. that will get you about 7-8 turns in and just poke out backside of flange.

I dont know what your wheel takes so you would have to describe what you need.

I also have new aftermarket wheels and tested the oem lug bolts (14x1.5 with a 28mm shank) I only got 3 good turns with them. I ordered extended bolts at 37mm shank hopefully that long enough without it hitting the backside, and e-brake.

Just called HRE and waiting to see what type of seat type I need. I took off my wheels measured the hub and similar to Jta, I would need at least a 37-40mm shank for it to fit right.

Sweet, I will let you and Oz know once I get word from HRE. Now I'm wondering if I should go with chrome or black for the lugs.

My car even my wheels are black with CF trim everywhere... I kept the emblems chrome so I decided to keep the bolts chrome. That was my thinking anyway if it helps
