Bad odor w/wot
After my tune everytime I floor the gas pedal I could smell a bad odor from my exhaust event my buddy behind me said the same thing. I can't seem to understand the problems. Is possible that my tune is causing the problems?
my other mod is just the KN filters...
thanks all

Unless its running very rich at WOT, which would be accompanied by black smoke, it's probably not tune related. Jerry is pretty damn dialed in with the tune. If I had to guess, I'd say maybe you have a cat going bad.

Its not throwing any code at all though... Would a bad cat throw a code? What would the caused for running rich and how do I fix it?

Huh? Bad cat? Smoke? No. He is running rich.
The bad smell is unburnt fuel igniting in the cat. Do that enough and you will have a bad cat.
Put some chevron Techron and do some Italian tuning. If that doesn't help talk to yor tuner.
I also assume your air filters are clean and in good shape.

But if he's getting a rotten egg/sulfur smell, it could be cat related.
OP, how many miles on the car? Two ways to get to the bottom of this. Dyno the car, and see what the AFR is. Or you could install a wideband, which you should probably have anyway, if you plan on going further with your mods.

Yes, it could possibly be a bad cat. As I mentioned, the tune could be rich, and if it's running rich, it's not uncommon to get a little black smoke out of the tail pipe. But Jerry's box tunes for the 55K are pretty spot on. But every car is different, and has it's own personality, so sure... I agree it could be tune related.

Either way, my first step would be to call Jerry. His customer support is amazing, and I have confidence he'll get you sorted out.

Do you have the Eurocharged flasher that lets you swap between your stock and Eurocharged tune? If so, go back to stock and see if the smell goes away. If it does, it's probably the tune running a bit rich up top. If you don't have that flasher, get it on a dyno and pay particular attention to AFR. Either that, or install a wideband in the car. If AFR shows good, you might be looking at 1 or both cats going bad. Seems unlikely on a 32K mile car though. Might even be something as easy as a bad tank of gas. I'm reaching there, though...

Sulfer Smell
I owned my KLEEMANN E55 for several years before trading into the SL65. Both cars had that sulpher smell after 'enthusiastic' or 'spirited' driving. Never had a code and never had the dealership find anything wrong with the cats during diagnostic. I always thought the sulpher smell was 'normal' during heavier load on the engine / greater exhaust heat elevating the temperature in the converter material. Unless the exhaust is discolored or has a fuel smell to it (or heaven forbid 'sweet' smell, as this is indicative of coolant seeping into the cylinders) I really don't think the sulpher smell is a problem.
