SL65 for sale - 1,000 HP
Anyone familiar with this SL65 on Ebay? Seller is claiming 1,000 HP. No dyno charts and no pictures of modifications.

This listing etc is not even close to 1000 bhp..

They say it has ecu/tcu, 3" dwn pipes 3" catback & ?? Ported Polished turbos?? & air filters
And note they gather the 1000 hp figure from get this.. They own a stage 5 e55 that is dyno proven a tick under 800 bhp, and the sl65 hands it it's azzz.. Ya ok
W/those minimal mods (not even billet turbs which barely add 40 whp on sl65, or high octane ecu or trunk tank let alone bigger IC's) it would be hard pressed to hit 570-585 whp or 700 BHP on any properly set DynoJet..
They go on to add it's a low low 10 second 1/4 mile car that WON the Texas Mile? That parts pure comedy! w/zero slips or hard proof of any kind etc etc Only 1 engine pic from side, showed factory engine cover and what appeared to be factory air intakes.. If it had aftermarket turbos it would def be listed, and the oem air intakes would not work or fit etc.. They are just hoping to prey on the gullible/uniformed in this ridiculous add..
Pix showed car on heavy azz stk sl65 19" whls that were beat ta' sh_it curb marks etc etc.. Plus I've never heard someone refer to a 3 owner car w/71,000 miles as near MINT??
