Making your own shroud, I meant to replicate the flat shape with holes like stock.
Only I'll do is the same thing you did by looking at measurements online of the shrouds. If you want, you can mail me your headlight and I'll take it in, take some pix In store, and you tell me which look best. It'll cost you some money in shipping both ways, but it'd be exact, if you're that picky. It'll take some time out of my day, but I'm willing to do it for a fellow MBW member
almost there, still waiting for the 6000k D2s low beam, 6000K H1 high beam kit and my LED board for the DRL, but everything else is pretty much set~
I ended up painted the shroud black and leave the ring chrome, not bad right?

i don't think my friend will let me take off his bumper and put the lights on just to see how it look, too much time and too much work......
i tested it......but I didn't take pic because my phone battery were dead
everything works and no message or error
both low beam and high beam are bright white blue 6000k
the DRL projectors are also bright white with the 5050 SMD board that I use to replace the factory T10
