Horror washers

It has just become apparent that using a power washer is a bad thing.
brake pads seize on, and then warp the disc, water gets in your lights,
water in my boot/trunk, and so on. You only need a hose to rinse, keep
the power washers for your patio. I have told my guy valeting but
it doesn't seem to sink in.

I use a touchless car wash which uses high power jets and do not have problems.

you get the wrong tip on a power washer and you can strip the paint off and etch your name into concrete. All depends on the tip you use and the distance you are away from the car. Why someone would need tons of pressure to wash an SL is beyond me. It's not like anyone's going offroading in em.

Water can get between the seal and the cylinder. I use the poser washer for the rims and a few other spots but you should stay a few feet back and make sure its the right head. I have one for washing the driveway and one for the car. The driveway one can strip paint!

High pressure gets water between the pad and the disc, if you don't use
it afterwards the pad rusts to the disc, and if you leave it too long it will
warp your discs and you know how much 65 discs/rotors are.

Wow, so if it sits in your garage and condensation gets between your disc and the rotor you're screwed ? I guess you have to keep those SL 65s in a cocoon
