Hi guys,

I have an 06 SL55 which has been running great the past couple weeks. I began noticing lots of lag/hesitation while WOT and feel as if the supercharger isn't fully activating. I have replaced the CPS, fuel pump and fuel pump relay module just a few days ago. My Johnson CM-30 pump was put in about 6k miles ago. I have a 180mm ASP pulley, Shardul BWK, EC tune. The car does not reach the speeds in such a quick manner as it used to. In fact, I just put the EC tune in today thinking it would fix the issue, however, the lag is still there. I have no idea what this may be and it's driving me crazy! This car does not feel like a 493HP supercharged rocket, and nowhere close to the 551HP it should be at with the current mods. I had an indie check the boost and he says it is at 1.2 bar and says the car runs fine. I know how this car runs, and it is NOT running the way it should be.

Can any of you chime in on what you believe it may be?

I'll throw you a bone. Since the issue is at WOT it might be fuel flow. Have you ever replaced the fuel filter? If clogged it would starve for fuel.
Check the air filters too. It sounds like it is starving for something.

Fuel filter was replaced 100 miles before the fuel pump was replaced. The air filters were changed last year when I had my oil change done last.

I just experienced this issue not too long ago. In my case my ecu was not supplying the correct voltage to my 02 sensors and was getting an error from the o2 sensor. Since i didnt want to fork out $1200 for a new ecu I sent the ecu to kleeman they turned off the rear o2 signal so the ecu just ignores it and the car is now running right again.

I have recently removed my secondary cats, I believe I don't have rear o2 sensors?

Correct, not in the secondaries. I removed my secondaries long ago with no codes no issues. As I understand it, the secondaries were installed as part of a future EU emissions requirement.
