Can anyone give me a part number for the low dust rear Akebono brake pads? Several sellers have tried to get them for my car with no luck. One of them shipped me part # EURO984 and it turned out to be the wrong pad. Can anyone help?

This "Akebono EURO 984" will fit perfectly to your 08 SL55,,

you just need to change the pad wear sensor with a pin style, then everything will be OK..

Thanks! Had the EURO984 pad and it was a completely different shape compared to the stock pad. Possible I got a box with the wrong pads inside? I'm confused......

I'm using EBC Red Stuff pads front and rear on my 55. No dust, and excellent braking power. IF you want to consider them, I've got the part numbers.

Akebono does not have a rear pad for your 08 sl55. The eur984 only fits 03-06 models. The caliper was revised for 07-08 sl55s.
