SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Can this part be bought?

Can this part be bought?
Trying to find this silver cap (circled in red) that goes on top of the gear shift (no keyless go). I searched around in some parts catalogs but can't find the plastic cap without having to buy the whole shift boot and shifter assembly. Does anyone know if this piece can be bought separately?

Mmm you probably need to buy the whole knob. I put a CLK550 knob that looks exactly like your second picture into my C55.
Don't you need the keyless go though?

I've checked with DCTM and ForMyMercedes as they both make replacement caps/coverings for other Mercedes shifters. However, no one makes a replacement cap for the R230's shifter.
Ebay has a few used shifters but they have keyless go and my SL does not have it.
The dealer wants $350-$400 for a new shifter and shift boot assembly. I definitely don't want to pay that kind of money to replace a $5 32mm cap though.

If I recall there was a place on ebay that sold stickers that went where that cap was that were exact fit and said stuff like 'AMG' and such

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I checked with the guy who is parting out but he doesn't have one.
Also, scanned eBay but didn't see any that fit. The SL shifter has a weird size that is different than any other shifter in Mercedes lineup (correct me if I'm wrong). There are a few companies that make replacements but they are for other Mercedes models that have a 28mm or so cap. The SL cap is about 32mm or so.
Still looking for a solution to not spending $400 on this
