is it just me, or does that SL55 driver suck at driving the car???

edit....ok connected....i dont think u should be criticizing their driving at all. The video is dam cool. And he is driving a loose car. Loose is fast.
But that BMW showed its stuff very well.

ok saw them all.....the BMW kicked ***. The SL55 is obviously such a heavy car that it got killed in the braking and handling zones of the track....but especially under braking it sucked compared to these smaller and nimbler cars. But what do you expect against cars that weighed almost 1000-1500 pounds less than the SL55?

I think if MB had wanted the SL55 to be good around a race track then they might have designed it slightly differenty!! ie 600 Kilos lighter. Can understand the other cars being compared with each other but no idea why they stuck the SL55 in there or do they think a buyer will be deciding between an S2000 and and SL55 for his next car. bizarre!! Does show what a manufacturer can do though if they set their mind on developing a track oriented version of their car ie BMW CSL but hasnt helped them in the UK with about 80 still unsold and dealers offering 10% discounts on new ones!!

Current car S2000...... next car either SL55 or new SLK55
