Mercedes Tuning - Pressertech in Atlanta
Hey guys,
I'm finally taking the plunge and having my SL55 tuned here locally in Atlanta. I'm getting it done at Pressertech here in Atlanta tomorrow and I'll be taking it to the dyno next week. I can't wait! Anyone have any experience with ECM Tuning including pros and cons?
Appreciate any input. Thanks.

I'll be getting it done tomorrow so I'll let you know how it goes. The reason I chose these guys is that I bumped into someone at my local who had their badge on his 55 and I asked him about it. He was raving so I thought I'd give them a call. The proof will be in the pudding so to speak so I'll be at the dyno next week.
I am excited, except for the radio and paddles, this will be my first major mod.

They have several videos on Youtube. I'm sending my ECU this week for a tune. THey have amazing customer service. Scott, has answered every email and question. Also their tunes guarantee you will pass California smog inspections or they will flash you back to OEM tune and next day air the unit free of charge!

I've been working with them for a month now via emails. Please let me us know about your experience!

I did it! I'm so damn thrilled with the car now. It's literally been transformed and is so much better. I can't wait to get it to the dyno this week. I'll post the results when I have them but I can already tell how much better the car is performing. I'd have more to tell but its been raining most of the weekend so I really haven't had chance to put it through its paces. More to come...

Did you see the post I made asking for advise on removing my ECU to send to Pressertech? You should jump on there and comment in there

2006 SL55 AMG
Great company.....Did my remap along with a supercharger pulley upgrade (84mm) on my 2006...everything great EXCEPT the new torque is tripping the ESP. Not convinced it is the remap....looking at changing out the speed sensors.
