Ebay's "SL 55"

This SL is obviously a 500. The single exhaust on each side and the red taillights are a dead giveaway. IMO there is nothing worse than misbadging a car. An SL500 is nothing to be ashamed of, why must they devalue the car this way. Either buy an SL55 or buy an SL500 and modify it but dont put a fake badge. Sorry guys I just had to vent. My .02 cents.

Such a shame, the SL 500 is a wonderful vehicle. I saw an SL500 the other day that had the SL 500 badge on but it also had //AMG and V8 KOMPRESSOR on the side. It's just pathetic that people do these things.

2002 E55 AMG

It says "SL500 with a SL55 sport look." I'd take off the badges and buy the car. What are they trying to pull?

The car would look so nice with the wheels and silver calipers. Without the V8 kompressor and AMG badging. The interior isnt in the best condition either.
